We are currently talking with a range of other providers who are keen to partner with UHub. We are also coordinating with Hutt Valley DHB: Child Development Services to have this service based in Upper Hutt one day a week.
The UHub staff will initially meet with you to listen and ask questions to find out what’s important to you. They will provide you with key information, resources and any available support.
Our goal is to ensure you feel empowered to make decisions about the next steps for your child.
- We offer free, confidential and dependable information
- Help you to access resources and identify available support
- We work alongside schools and early childhood providers (if you would like us to), or we can work independently
- Connect you with other whānau in the community so you can learn with, and support each other
- We work alongside whānau to empower you to identify a next step on the path forward
If you have a 'wonder' or a 'worry' come and see us.
Clearing the path to a positive future - Para he huarahi ki te ora
