'Empower U ' Sessions for Whānau and Caregivers
UHub invites you to our 'Empower U' sessions. These sessions are one hour long; which include 20 minutes of learning, 20 minutes of making or exploring resources, to use at home and 20 minutes to connect with other whānau and share ideas. Our sessions are designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers. All welcome, at no cost! Our sessions are detailed below, bookings essential.

Dads Doing ADHD - Aroreretini
Inviting all Dads, Grandads, and Uncles who are navigating the journey with a child who has ADHD - Aroreretini behaviours or a diagnosis. We invite you to join us for a special session designed just for you!
