'Empower U ' Sessions for Whānau and Caregivers

UHub invites you to our 'Empower U' sessions. These sessions are one hour long; which include 20 minutes of learning, 20 minutes of making or exploring resources, to use at home and 20 minutes to connect with other whānau and share ideas. Our sessions are designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers. All welcome, at no cost!  Our sessions are detailed below, bookings essential.

Dads Doing ADHD - Aroreretini

Navigating Food with Children

Does your child have a challenging relationship with food?
Are you concerned about your child’s eating habits?
 
Would you like to learn tips and tricks to get your child to eat a wider range of foods?
 
In this presentation we will explore some of the challenges and issues your child may have around food; including identifying normal behaviours, when to be concerned, and sharing ideas to encourage your children to explore a range of foods.
